Dance No End aims to provide a high quality and positive dance experience to all those attending our classes and as such we ask that all participants adhere to the relevant terms and conditions below.
INTRODUCTION:

Please keep in mind that our handbook contains confidential information about our business and is not to be shared with any individuals or businesses outside of Dance No End.

ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT POLICY:
Tuition fees for the following term will be made known in writing at the end of each term.
Where classes are cancelled due to illness, adverse weather, force majeure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics etc. I am not liable to refund.
All cancellations are “subject to change”.
All fees are due before the half term break before the commencement of the course to allow time to give notice if pupils wish to stop classes.
Failure to pay fees on time will result in the loss of your child's place.

Please note all classes are non-refundable
MULTI CLASS DISCOUNT STRUCTURE:
Multi class and sibling discounts are available.
REGISTRATION FORMS:
Registration forms must be filled in and submitted prior to attendance at a class.
Please notify the school of changes of any contact details to enable us to keep up-to-date information for the safety of your child. PHOTOGRAPHING, FILMING AND RECORDING STUDENTS:
Photos and videos may be taken during dance activities and performances. No names or other personal information will be used to reference your child.
In accordance with our child protection policy we will not permit photographs or videos to be taken by other people.
DATA PROTECTION POLICY:
On registering with Dance No End permission has been sought to hold information on you/your child or children such as: students name, address, age, date of birth and contact details of parents which includes phone numbers and email address. Any
Relevant Medical conditions and medication required for the activities undertaken by Dance No end. This information is purely for our contact with you about events and information regarding the school or in case of an emergency. This information will not be passed on to any third parties without your permission.
ATTENDANCE:
Dance is a commitment to yourself and to other students in your class.
Please be consistent in attendance since performing together means relying on each other.
Poor attendance will affect the progress of the entire class. Absences for illness are expected, so please make sure to let us know when they occur.
If off sick for any reason please notify me in advance.
BEHAVIOUR AND CLASS ETIQUETTE:
Encourage your child to play by the rules and teach them that they can only do their best.
Positively reinforce your child/young person and show an interest in their chosen activity.
Arrive on time, wear appropriate footwear and dance wear, after attending the dance school for one month you will be expected to wear the correct dance uniform, no jewellery, tie their hair back and not chew gum during lessons.
DISCLOSURE AND BARRING SERVICE (DBS):
All volunteers will be required to complete a DBS check if 18 years or over.
PARENTS/CARERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO:
Know their child is safe.
Be informed of problems or concerns relating to their children.
Be informed if their child is injured.
Complain, through appropriate channels, if they have concerns about the standard of coaching. Please note that social media is not considered an appropriate channel.
SAFETY STUDIO GUIDELINES:
COLLECTION INFORMATION:
Students will not be signed out unless their Parent/Guardian is present to collect them. If your child is aged 11 to 17 years old and you are happy for them to leave the premises unattended at the end of the session, we must have received written parental permission by email or by letter. If your child is to be collected by anyone other than the Parent/Guardian(s) named on their registration form (class4kids), we must be notified in advance and in writing of who that person will be. Staff are only responsible for the pupils from the start of the lesson until collection.
STUDIO USE RULES:
Please use the hand sanitiser before the session and at the end of the session.
The emergency exit door will be kept open during your session to circulate the air flow.
Please do not touch the studio mirrors and limit your touch to surfaces .
Do not use the studio’s ballet barres or equipment in the dance studio.
No food and fizzy drinks in the dance studio. You should encourage children to bring their own water in a sealed bottle which is not to be shared.
We do have students who have a life threatening food allergy. Please avoid sending any products containing peanuts, cashew nuts and pistachios to class as a snack.
Cover your mouth with a tissue to cough or sneeze, and throw used tissues in the bins. Use hand sanitiser immediately after-wards.
There will be access to an alcohol-based hand sanitiser.
